Coaching can be for skill development, performance, development or for any agenda of concern to the executive (s). In an organisation, people may not always be comfortable speaking about their issues and challenges for fear of being judged, for fear of it reflecting badly on them. When the coach is from outside the organisation, they can reflect and discuss frankly, as they can do so in total confidentiality. As the coach, I will work with the client(s) in the context of your company's goals, but will be driven by the client's needs. Ultimately, when the client benefits and grows, it benefits your organisation.
