Employee Engagement

Employee engagement is the extent to which employees feel passionate about their jobs, feel committed to the organization, and put extra effort into their work.

Employee engagement drives performance. It goes beyond activities, games, and events. Companies with engaged employees outperform their competition. Retention of top talent is more difficult than before. A company that has an effective employee engagement strategy and a highly engaged workforce is more likely to retain top performers as well as attract new talent.

To better understand the needs of your organization, administering an employee engagement survey is key.

We customise the survey for every company. We visit the various locations, meet with people and ensure buy in before we roll out the survey. Thereafter, we share a report with recommendations and collaborate with the client to implement the recommendations.



360 Degree Feedback

A feedback from employees of many growing organisations is that their voice is not heard. Senior leadership also feel that they do not get structured feedback.

360 degree feedback is a process that is used by leading companies worldwide. Here, an employee does a self-evaluation. Along with this, feedback is taken from their subordinates, colleagues, and boss and sometimes even clients or vendors. This shows the gaps between the individual’s self-perception and others’ perception. It shows hidden strengths and blind spots and can provide a very powerful context for development initiatives. This tool is therefore often used as a benchmark for the employee's development plan.

Implementing this process requires a lot of groundwork and an atmosphere of trust. It can take a few months of preparation before it can be rolled out. We collaborate with top management and HR to lay the groundwork and customise and roll out the survey.

Based on survey outcomes, we prepare individual development plans and conduct coaching interventions for the employees.


Assessment Centres and Development Centres

An Assessment centre is a detailed evaluation of an individual’s role fitment by assessing them on various aspects required to be successful on the job. It is not a physical location, but a process used by organizations to assess their workforce for various reasons, ranging from recruitment and internal training to promotion and succession planning.  

In our Assessment centres, we employ multiple tools to evaluate the extent to which a participant displays selected competencies.
