Executive Coaching

I coach leaders in organisations to reach their potential, be more rooted in who they are and more aligned to what the organisation’s goals are. I go beyond transactional issues to take them deeper, so that there is a shift that can bring about change in themselves and those around them.

Coaching can be for skill development, performance, development or for any agenda of concern to the executive (s) and their sponsors. In an organisation, people may not always be comfortable speaking about their issues and challenges with an internal coach, for fear of being judged, for fear of it reflecting badly on them. When the coach is from outside the organisation, they can reflect and discuss frankly, as they can do so in total confidentiality.

As the coach, I will work with the client(s) in the context of the company’s goals, but driven by the client’s needs. Ultimately, when the client benefits and grows, it benefits the organisation.

  • If you think any change in behaviour of yourself and / or your team will improve performance, executive coaching is for you.
  • If you have to stretch to take on new challenges and hone any skills, executive coaching can help you improve your capabilities and take you to the next level.
  • If you feel burned out or stumped, outside executive coaching can give you a fresh perspective to identify the obstacles and make basic changes.
  • If you are committed to seeking excellence, open to feedback and willing to create a positive change, executive coaching can make a big difference for you.
  • If there is a cultural gap or even a generational gap, executive coaching can help you bridge it.
  • If the strategy is not working or the team is not performing, try executive coaching.
  • If change is imminent and there is resistance, executive coaching can make a difference.
